If so, he can follow this daily manthrajapa purascharana without quit even in a single day for effective result to making connection with deities. You can learn the panchopachara puja frompuja section and impliment daily or special days of Fridays and Tuesdays or birthdays .If you can do daily the panchopachara puja,the result will be more effective
In this starting stage sriyanthra is not essential.you can use the lamp,printer pictures and past on your wall, but If you can purchase a sriyanthra (sriyanthra should be accurate and systematic, othervise negative energies may atract) from our store page it is also very effective in the sadhana. This can be easily connect with you and your deity very effectively in pranamayakosha.

Meaning[edit]
1) I am not mind, nor intellect, nor ego, nor the reflections of inner self (citta). I am not the five senses. I am beyond that. I am not the seven elements or the five sheaths. I am indeed, That eternal knowing and bliss, the auspicious (Śivam), love and pure consciousness.

Neither am I the organ of Speech, nor the organs for Holding ( Hand ), Movement ( Feet ) or Excretion. I am indeed, That eternal knowing and bliss, the auspicious (Śivam), love and pure consciousness.

5) I do not have fear of death, as I do not have death. I have no separation from my true self, no doubt about my existence, nor have I discrimination on the basis of birth. I have no father or mother, nor did I have a birth. I am not the relative, nor the friend, nor the guru, nor the disciple. I am indeed, That eternal knowing and bliss, the auspicious (Śivam), love and pure consciousness.

6) I am all pervasive. I am without any attributes, and without any form. I have neither attachment to the world, nor to liberation (mukti).
